Church Row cottage is set in the beautiful surroundings of North Yorkshire in Newbridge near Pickering. The cottage sleeps up to five people with a fully functioning kitchen and bathroom facilities.

It is one of a small group of former railway workers cottages and appeals to steam railway enthusiasts, walkers and families alike – the majestic steam locomotives of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway (NYMR) actually pass, and stop, before they proceed at “snail’s pace” past the adjacent level crossing/signal box! The line is privately and exclusively used by the NYMR (so please note that there are no fast or main line trains!) - Goathland station was featured as Hogsmeade in Harry Potter!

The cottage is situated within a small peaceful and quiet hamlet which is easy walking distance from the market town of Pickering (gateway to the North Yorks moors National Park) with the convenience of supermarkets, shops, traditional pubs, a wide choice of restaurant.

This truly is one of the most interesting and picturesque areas of England, with a wide range of “must see” tourist attractions within easy reach.
